Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 04/16/26

Welcome to Stronos, a software platform operated by Peak Stream Horizon, LLC ("Peak Stream Horizon," "Stronos," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stronos platform, website, dashboards, software, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Stronos is a software platform that helps businesses manage customer communication and engagement across connected third-party platforms.

Subject to these Terms, Stronos allows authorized users to connect supported business assets, including Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts, and use the platform to:

We may add, remove, or modify features from time to time.

  • receive and view conversations, messages, comments, and related activity in a centralized workspace;
  • respond to Facebook Page messages and Instagram direct messages;
  • review, reply to, moderate, hide, or delete supported comments where functionality is available;
  • configure inbox, engagement, workflow, and automation settings; and
  • use optional AI-assisted features to help draft, generate, suggest, or automate certain responses or moderation actions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes both you and that entity.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for:

We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials or workspace access.

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • all activity that occurs under your account;
  • controlling who has access to your workspace; and
  • promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use or suspected security incident involving your account.

4. Connected Platforms and Authorizations

Stronos allows you to connect third-party accounts and business assets, including Meta products such as Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts.

By connecting a third-party account or business asset to Stronos, you represent and warrant that:

You understand that certain Services depend on the continued availability of third-party platforms, APIs, webhooks, access tokens, permissions, and services. If a third-party platform changes its rules, APIs, permissions, or functionality, some Stronos features may stop working, become limited, or require reauthorization.

  • you are authorized to connect and use that account or asset;
  • you have all permissions necessary to allow Stronos to access, process, display, and act on the data associated with that account or asset;
  • your use of the Services and the connected platform complies with all applicable third-party terms, policies, and platform rules; and
  • you will not connect any account, Page, profile, or asset that you do not own or control or are not otherwise authorized to manage.

5. Client Content and Platform Data

In order to provide the Services, Stronos may process data, content, messages, comments, profile details, account identifiers, usernames, media-related data, workspace settings, and other information associated with the business assets you connect and authorize for use with the platform. This may include information received from connected platforms and information generated through your use of the Services. The connected asset and related activity are then made available inside your workspace so you can manage them through the platform.

As between you and Peak Stream Horizon:

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and use of the content, data, instructions, and connected accounts you provide or authorize through the Services.

  • you retain ownership of your business content and data; and
  • you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use that content and data solely as necessary to operate, maintain, support, secure, improve, and provide the Services.

6. AI-Assisted and Automation Features

Stronos may offer AI-assisted tools and automation features, including features that help generate responses, draft replies, moderate content, or automate parts of a communication workflow.

By using those features, you understand and agree that:

You should not rely on AI-assisted outputs as legal, compliance, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

  • outputs may be generated automatically;
  • outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable in some cases;
  • you are responsible for deciding whether and how to use AI-generated or automated outputs;
  • you are responsible for reviewing your automations, prompts, settings, permissions, and business rules; and
  • you remain responsible for communications sent through your connected accounts, whether sent manually, automatically, or with AI assistance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated this section or created risk for us, other users, or third parties.

  • violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights;
  • send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content;
  • impersonate another person or entity;
  • connect accounts or assets without proper authorization;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services or third-party platforms;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, scrape, or exploit the Services except as allowed by law;
  • use the Services to distribute spam, malware, or harmful code;
  • bypass security or access controls; or
  • use the Services in a way that violates the terms or policies of any connected platform.

8. Fees, Billing, and Payment

If you purchase a paid plan, subscription, add-on, or other paid Services, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your selected plan or usage.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate order form, proposal, or pricing page:

If you are on a custom plan, separate order form, or invoice-based arrangement, the pricing and payment terms in that agreement will control to the extent they conflict with these Terms.

  • fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis;
  • subscriptions automatically renew until canceled;
  • all payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise;
  • if payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to the Services; and
  • we may change pricing prospectively by providing reasonable notice.

9. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

You acknowledge that you, not Peak Stream Horizon, are responsible for the communications and moderation actions made through your connected business assets.

  • content, actions, or decisions of third-party providers; or
  • losses or interruptions caused by your use of or reliance on third-party services.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Services;
  • remove proprietary notices;
  • use our trademarks without permission; or
  • access the Services to build a competing product or service.

12. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public, confidential, or proprietary information from the other party.

Each party agrees to:

This section does not apply to information that is publicly available through no fault of the receiving party, was already lawfully known, or is independently developed without use of the other party's confidential information.

  • use the other party's confidential information only as necessary to perform under these Terms;
  • protect it using reasonable safeguards; and
  • not disclose it to third parties except to employees, contractors, or advisers who need to know it and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, and events beyond our control may affect availability.
