Data Deletion Instructions for Stronos

Stronos is a software platform operated by Peak Stream Horizon, LLC ("Peak Stream Horizon," "Stronos," "we," "our," or "us").
This page explains how users can request deletion of their Stronos account data and how to remove connected third-party platform data from the Services.
1. Requesting Deletion of Your Stronos Account Data
If you would like us to delete your Stronos account data, you can submit a deletion request by contacting us at:

Please include the following in your request:
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
- your full name
- the email address associated with your Stronos account
- your company or workspace name, if applicable
- a short statement that you are requesting deletion of your Stronos account data
2. What We Will Delete
After we verify your request, we will delete or de-identify, as applicable, the personal information and account data associated with your Stronos account that we are not required to retain.
This may include:
Your system description indicates that Stronos stores workspace and platform connection data so the platform can associate connected Meta assets and related activity with the correct company/workspace.
- your Stronos account profile information
- workspace account information
- connected platform configuration records
- inbox and engagement data stored in your workspace
- workspace settings and related account records
3. Connected Facebook and Instagram Data
If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram business account, or other third-party platform to Stronos, you should also disconnect or revoke Stronos's access directly through the relevant third-party platform settings if you no longer want Stronos to access those accounts.
Deleting your Stronos account does not automatically control or delete data retained by third-party platforms such as Meta. You may need to manage those permissions separately through your Facebook or Instagram settings.
4. Data We May Retain
In some cases, we may retain certain information where necessary to:
Any retained information will be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
- comply with legal obligations
- resolve disputes
- enforce our agreements
- detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- maintain backup, audit, or compliance records
- complete outstanding billing or transactional obligations
5. Processing Time
We will respond to verified deletion requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
If additional time is needed, we will let you know.
6. Alternative Method Through Platform Settings
If Stronos later provides an in-app account deletion feature, users may also be able to submit deletion requests directly through their account settings.
